I love the excitement, anticipation, and giddiness of envisioning the year ahead.

I always feel like a child on Christmas morning the entire week between Christmas and New Year. Do you ever feel like that too?

    • Small things can make a huge difference, pay attention to the little things
    • Intention, mindfulness, and presence lead to happiness in the now
