This episode is the final workshop in the 3-part series: How to Build Trust in Yourself by Reconnecting with Your Felt Sense.

In Workshops 1 and 2, we explored reconnecting to the body, nervous system awareness, emotional safety, and understanding why self-trust can feel difficult even when you’re highly self-aware.

In this final workshop, we go deeper into:

  • why patterns repeat even when you understand them
  • how limiting beliefs are formed through emotional experiences
  • nervous system protection responses
  • self-abandonment and emotional imprints
  • why behavior is often the surface expression of something deeper
  • how real transformation happens at the root

This episode also includes a guided somatic process to help you reconnect with your internal signals and begin gently shifting patterns from the body upward.
